What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$150 minimum for 2-3 rooms - No bait and switch. The best truly organic, Carpet and Rug Institute approved chemicals. All work is guaranteed!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Properly assess situation, cleaning needs, methods, and customer desires. Identify any problem areas with suggested remedy. Communicate guaranteed price before commencing work. Usually show and explain process while cleaning if customer prefers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Destiny!....Sold vacuum cleaners briefly and as I learned more about the carpet cleaning industry and the chemical science behind it, I became fascinated.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all carpet cleaners are the same. It's always wise to hire someone thats going to be in your private home or office who is reliable, friendly, approachable, adheres to appointments and who is customer focused, not job focused.
