What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we price our service accordingly based on time meterial needed pre existing conditions and we always try to give our best . one thing we are not the lowest priced nor the highest price but we bring lots of value to our service with our experience equipment and our relentless effort everytime

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

with new and existing clients i like to be very transparent and give always realistic results. informative on process involved and give a cost before hand .if any price changes occur they will always be informed beforehand . we always do our best to provide the best service at the best price and with one thing in mind overachieve one project at a time and treat you like our only client !

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

we have taken courses rangeing from tile and grout cleaning ,stone polishing, water damage, carpet and uphoulstery courses and color dye courses for fabric threwout my 27 years on the field experience obviously on the field experience is priceless

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a sub contracter back in 1997 and have not looked back. established since 2006 so i gradually but surely branched out on my own .

What types of customers have you worked with?

we don’t discriminate we work with all types of customers there’s nothing that will alarm us and if there’s a will there’s a way !

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

we recently cleaned a home with 5 cats and 3 dogs that had not been up kept . we cleaned for 7 hours and went above and beyond from cleaning behind heavy furniture to moving beds and getting to hard to reach areas .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

always ask questions about what’s included in price and steps and procedures taken in task requested when shopping around atleast when it comes to deep cleaning priceing and quality of work varies quit a bit things to factor in is experience ,manpower equipment and procedures and steps

ask about steps taken amount of time type of equipment involved and any type of warranties that apply
