What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

One of our top priorities is communicating to our customers an exact price so that there are no surprises. Our minimum for carpet cleaning/floor care is $195, which covers three areas. Each additional area is $65 and all work includes spot removal and deodorizer for carpet cleaning.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From start to finish, we ensure that we are communicative and transparent with our customers. We first pinpoint exactly what you are looking to accomplish. One of our trained professionals will then come out to conduct a free in person estimate and talk to you about your project. This will allow us to effectively communicate your exact price and what to expect with our service. Afterwards, we find a good date and time us to begin our work!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The number one thing customers look at when choosing a service is price. But, what people fail to consider when looking at the price is the quality of work that they will be receiving for their money. Our advice is to not choose a service based on price, but the quality of work that you will be receiving.

One of the most important questions a customer should be asking themselves is, "what exactly am I looking to accomplish with this project?". It is also important to find a good balance between budget vs what needs to get done.
