What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We consult with each client regarding the services they need and create a customized project rate. Our pricing is competitive and is due immediately upon completion of the work. Corporate contracts are available with terms of Net 30 Days.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you reach out to us, we will respond quickly (usually within 1 business day) to discuss your specialty cleaning needs, budget, and timelines. We can communicate via phone, email, or text (whichever you prefer) to create an action plan and schedule service dates that work for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner is actively involved in all projects and often completes projects personally. He has over 20 years experience in commercial cleaning industry with a wide range of clients. Not all cleaning companies have the level of expertise and professional equipment available with All Cities Cleaning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner gained his valuable experience working in the public school systems back in 1999. He was tasked with various custodial and maintenance projects, and was trusted with the upkeep of all interior and exterior areas. Since then he has leveraged that experience into specialty cleaning expertise.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The All Cities Cleaning clients list is diverse and includes homeowners, golf resorts, community centers, property management companies, restaurants, and a variety of other commercial and residential clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All Cities Cleaning recently onboarded American Golf Company, which manages multiple public and private golf courses in Orange and LA counties. We are proud to offer a wide range of services including window washing, pressure washing, restroom deep cleaning, and other specialty cleaning services based on need. This is an ongoing contract with services performed monthly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are many cleaning companies and it is difficult to know which might be best for you. In my 20 years experience, I would suggest you look at the companies level of expertise, quality of equipment, and knowledge of current technologies and techniques. Of course, reviews are good but sometimes a simple conversation about your needs is better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When considering hiring a professional, compile a full list of all your specialty cleaning needs. If your timeline or budget prohibit you from completing them immediately, we can work with you to create a plan of action. Consider scheduling your service during times that will minimize impact to your business or home schedule. Lastly, be very cautious of anyone who says they can "do anything." True professionals have specific skill sets and if All Cities Cleaning can't help you, we will refer you to someone who can.
