What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am reasonable with my prices. My goal is to satisfy the customers so that I can become a repetitive provider.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to be patient, after I arrive on site. The customer needs to be very clear about describing the job that needs to be done. My job is to answer their questions and provide solutions to their every need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an M.B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance. I am detail oriented, efficient, and very prompt. My job at the job site is to manage my cleaning resources, reduce waste, the customer's time and preserve the Customer's Property.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started a Carpet Cleaning Business. Later I attended and graduated from the Stone and Tile School in Florida. They taught me how to polish various Natural Stones such as Granite, Vinyl, Marble, Travertine, Terrazzo, etc. While I attended the Stone and Tile School, I also learned how to repair and replace Tile and Grout.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, Senior individuals and couples, but mainly customer that ranges from 40-82 years old.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The job took 3 hours. I needed to shampoo the basement stairs and basement floor carpet. The entire basement smelled like a men's locker room. The smell was the strongest dirty foot smell that I have ever been exposed to. After completing the job. The smell changed to that of freshness and SOAP!!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
