Nightline Flooring Solutions has been in business since 2014, but our staff has over 30 years of experience combined. We run the most up to date truck mount hot water extraction cleaning systems to ensure our customers get the results they deserve. Our Company is family owned & operated business, our number 1 priority is to make sure our customers are taken care of. Nightline Flooring Solutions doesn't just clean carpets, we install new flooring, offer air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning & carpet repairs & re-stretches. We service the Lancaster County area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our technicians are non-commission based employees so the price you get is the price you pay! We do offer additional services to enhance your experience but these are optional and separate from the basic cleaning costs you are quoted on the phone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to ensure our clients that their investment is a valuable one. We start by gathering as much specific information about your property (how many sets of stairs, how many rooms you are interested in getting cleaned, etc.). We typically do not do in home estimates for carpet cleaning but are happy to provide you with one over the phone. Once you decide that Nightline Flooring Solutions is right for you, we can schedule a date for your appointment. We offer morning and afternoon arrival windows so that we can ensure meeting your availability. If you are interested in replacement instead of cleaning, we do offer no cost in home/on-site estimates for flooring sales! Feel free to call us today to set one up!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our technicians have over 100 years of combined experience with many International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifications ranging up to journeyman.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years, and our technicians bring extended knowledge and experience to our team.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work in all types of homes and businesses. We happily serve both residential and commercial customers all over Lancaster county and the surrounding area!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our project times vary because of our wide range of services that we offer. Carpet cleaning services can take from 30 minutes to several hours dependent on various factors (time, access, etc.) and flooring installation or repair can be a one, two, even three day projects. Our commitment to doing the job right the first time is the primary point.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be cautious of bait and switch tactics, know who you are hiring, and know the process. Not all service providers use the same cleaning process and it's important to know which one is right for your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure to ask what cleaning process is offered, make sure you finalized pricing, ask if the contractor is insured/bonded, and then who and how many technicians to expect.
