At Refresh we are a husband and wife team who specialize in caring for your hard floors. From tile and grout cleaning to wood floor wax removal we help to restore and Refresh your floors. We have been in the cleaning industry for over 10 years! Our goal is always to leave your floors and home in the best condition possible. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing for tile and grout cleaning starts at 0.65 per sqft for our deep cleaning, and $1.25 for wax removal or post construction cleanup. Our wood floor cleaning price starts at $0.65 per sqft as well for cleaning and is $2 per sqft for wax removal. We also offer tile and grout repair as well a shower restoration but these services must be quoted on-site or thru pictures

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin every conversation with our customers with a consultation to find out what you are looking for. We want to know what is bothering you about your surfaces and what your desired results would be. Then we can do a walk thru or take a look at pictures to put together a game plan that matches your budget as well as gets you the desired outcome!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At refresh we are constantly learning. We take industry certification classes annually as well as other classes and seminars to stay on top of the new types of flooring that are constantly evolving!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was watching a house flipping show and they brought in a tile restoration company and this peaked my intrest to learn more about this industry. At that time I also owned an automotive detail company. As I learned more about the floor care industry we transitioned from automotive to tile and grout cleaning. Now we offer many services for your tile, stone and wood floors. We also offer shower restoration services!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers from just a maintenance clean to cleaning up after construction. We find solutions to our customers problems. When they have tried everything and it seems the floors have to be replaced we specialize in saving and Refreshing the floors

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that you hire a professional who carries insurance and has a thorough understanding of the chemistry needed to effectively restore your floors.
