Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of service, the size of the area, and any add-ons, such as pet treatment or Scotchgard. We offer bundled service discounts and never surprise you with hidden fees. Estimates are always free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a brief phone call to understand your needs, followed by a free in-home estimate. I’ll measure the area, explain the process, and provide a firm quote before I leave. There is no pressure — just clear answers and fair pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 14 years of hands-on experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning, stretching, and carpet repair. I also completed specialized training in rug dyeing, bleach spot repair, and oriental rug color correction in 2018. I also have 10 years of experience in rug cleaning, and I expanded into a bigger facility in 2021 in Springfield, VA.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started over a decade ago working for a large cleaning company and quickly realized I wanted to build a business that focuses on quality, consistency, and customer service. That passion still drives me today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with both residential and commercial customers — from homeowners and renters to property managers, realtors, offices, churches, and retail spaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently cleaned the carpet in a two-bedroom, two-level condo. The client had used other cleaners before, but the carpet never stayed clean. I spent about three hours deep cleaning, and he said it looked brand new. That kind of feedback reminds me why I got into the industry in the first place.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who stands behind their work. Ask if they guarantee their results and are willing to return if there’s ever an issue. It’s not just about price — it’s about reliability and trust.
