Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am a very fair person, and like to help people out as much as I can. I will work with you on prices, everyone needs a helping hand sometimes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to get pictures of the areas that work is needed, so that I can make an informed assessment, that way I can give a fair estimate on price and time frame of how long the job would take.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Just have plenty of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was looking for a career that I enjoyed and found that doing grout work is my calling. I have a very keen attention to detail and love seeing the before and after on each job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve done commercial jobs, and tons of residential work, and everything in between. I haven’t found a customer I couldn’t please yet!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Planet fitness, I did a clean and seal on the bathrooms, they were extremely dirty, however it only took 4 hours! The final results were amazing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I suggest to give yourself a budget and do some calling around to see how long the project will take and for example if I do a regrout on a shower we literally have to tell the customers that you have to let it dry for five days without use and that can be pretty frustrating honestly.
