Understanding the needs and requirements of the customers, recommending them anything else they may need based on who lived there, last cleaning etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had left job for my family when my first child was born, when I wanted to go back, I could not find a job that values my experience. I decided to start my own company which solves a purpose and services the neighborhood. After corona, people are mostly working from home and carpets are bearing much more traffic than normal, I help them get their carpets back in form.

Residential, Commercial, Apartment complexes, rental units

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently did a whole house, 5 room, hallways, 2 staircases and landing along with Odor Destroyer for all room and reapplied the protectant. It took 2-2.5 hours to complete. The carpets were very stained because of pets and children.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a professional provider who values your time and money and is focused on your satisfaction with the work.

What are the short term and long term needs. What all should I get done when the technician is in the house to avoid future visits or better work.
