There are no fees, if a customer asks about discounts I will give a 5% standardly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically discuss the project to get an idea of what they may need done. I would then schedule an estimate where I could see the areas in question and create a quote. Answer any questions they may have about the process or materials. Then discuss scheduling and set a work date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been the lead technician of 3 different restoration companies over the last 7 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brother is a tile installer. when we were younger he encouraged me to work in the same field as him. I chose to focus on restoration of tile.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of customer from high raise executive suite management to the average home owner. I have worked for residential and commercial owners on both extended projects and breif jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a job where the project had been dropped halfway through by the previous contractor. When I had given my estimate the home owners asked if I could start immediately. Their only shower was missing all of its grout. I was able to start immediately and finish same day they were very appreciative.
