What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work from my home and I bring the samples to my customers. Since I have low overhead, I am able to sell at very competitive prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask them questions about what there needs are, so I can direct them to the correct product for thier situation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in sales and management of retail flooring and blinds since 1994. I have a bachelor of science degree from ASU in accounting to help me with the business end of things.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started in flooring working for my brothers who own a store in Big Rapids, Michigan.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers from contractors to retail sales.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I like doing custom tile showers because I can help my customers design a really awsome shower that adds that wow factor to the home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they know their products, so that you do not end up with a product that you are not happy with in the end. I always educate my customers so they can make an invormed decision on what product is best for them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Colors, design, budget, time frame and how they want the products to perform.
