What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates and a 5% discount to military and seniors!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1st step will be a free estimate 2nd If the price is agreeable you will come into our showroom to chose your materials and make a 50% deposit. 3rd We will discuss start and finish dates. 4th Enjoy working with a fully licensed and insured professional company!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business for over 24 years we work with all our own people and don't contract out any of our jobs. We offer custom cabinet maker that works with real wood only. Our own fabricator for quartz and granite countertops. Best in the business custom walk in shower designers and installers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A passion for working with our hands and a passion for perfection has moved us to build beautiful projects for our customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have worked with a couple in Wickenburg that had a full kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, new countertops and new flooring in the whole home. The cabinet building took about 6 weeks the work in the customers home was finished in approximately 4 weeks. That includes demolition of existing tile flooring, installation of new tiles new cabinets and countertops.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company that you hire has actually been in business for as long as they say they have. Check BBB to make sure they are accredited. Make sure they don't contract out your work and they actually have the people to start and finish the work. And ofcourse they are licensed and insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know approximately what project you want to do, we are here to help with our design team.
