Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Affordable, quality at its best, no cutting corners and doing them the right way the first time, so no wasted times come back to haunt you

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When working with a new customer, I start by listening to their needs and asking a few questions to understand the job fully whether it’s carpet cleaning, repair, stretching or TV mounting I’ll often ask for pictures or schedule a quick walk-through if needed, then I explain the process,!give an honest quote and set clear expectations for timing and results. on the job. I work carefully and treat their home with respect after it’s done. I walk with my customer through the work to make sure they’re happy and answer any final questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Been highly educated for carpet cleaning for 8 years and 4 years on repairs and stretching, introducing tv mountings in my profession

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started in the carpet cleaning industry about eight years ago, working with my brother, a huge soccer fanatic, and this profession always been driven to me with integrity and very detailed in my jobs. overtime I built up my skills and eventually added carpet repair stretching to my experience about four years ago Working with Phx carpet repair and stretching, zero rez carpet clean, and Stanley steamer that gave me a deeper understanding how to handle all kinds of flooring issues I started to install TVs learning from my past experiences and it’s over a year and a half now that Ive took it to a professional state teaching me about some problems, how to over come tough situations and helping people improve their spaces.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types young and old, good and bad, non-wealthy and wealthy, kind and rude, I’m excellent in my customer service and my customers are always right

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project I’m proud of involved a residential home with rippled carpet throughout several rooms. The customer was frustrated because it made the floors look worn and uneven almost tripping over ripples. I started with repair work to smooth everything out then restretched making sure all the carpet seams and transitions were tight and clean. After that, I did a deep carpet cleaning to really bring out the color and softness. The whole job took about 4–5 hours, and the results were night and day. The customer was really happy—it looked almost like new carpet by the time I finished.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I’d tell customers to look for someone with a real experience and a solid track record. Ask how long they’ve been doing the work, and don’t be afraid to request before and after photos or reviews from past clients. For carpet work, make sure they understand both cleaning and repair repairs That way you get a complete job not just a surface fix. For TV mounting make sure they know how to safely handle different wall types, and manage cables cleanly. Most of all, find someone who takes pride in their work and communicates clearly. It makes a big difference.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before talking to a professional, customers should think through a few key questions: 1. What exactly do I need done? – Is it just cleaning, or do I need repairs or stretching too? For TV mounting, do I want it on drywall, brick, above a fireplace, etc.? 2. What’s my budget? – Knowing what you’re comfortable spending helps us find the best solution without surprises. 3. When do I need it done? – Have a timeline in mind, especially if it’s urgent or tied to a move-in/move-out. 4. Do I have special requests? – Like hiding wires for a TV or dealing with pet stains on carpets. 5. What does a successful job look like to me? – This helps us align with your expectations right from the start. The clearer you are on these points, the smoother the process will go. — Let me know if you’d like a version focused just on carpet or TV work!
