I have a strong background in Engineering and construction. I had 20 years of experience an a naval engineer in US Navy, including various assignment overseeing construction of housing and various facilities on US military bases.

During the time of my military service, I managed military base construction projects and housing facilities, and become fascinated with how much a new floor had uplifted people's mood as they see a new one in the house or building. In addition, I had helped installing floors for friends and family throughout the years and really enjoyed the work. It's nice to do the work that you enjoy, while bringing joys to customers at the same time.

Residential and commercial.

It was a project on a 60-year old house with a damped laminate floor for year. The house had a very strong musty smell (of decaying wood). The smell was even stronger when the old floor was removed. We discovered the culprits of the smell under the floor, cleaned them up. The smell instantly stopped. The house smell like a new house after the new floor was install. We felt a high degree of satisfaction with this outcome. It was like winning a hard-fought football game. Of course the home owner was very happy about the new floor.
