What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work with the customer to fit their budget needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If it’s an install I will talk to them and get a feel for what kind of flooring materials they want. Then I’ll figure out what color scheme they’re going for. I’ll bring them samples and measure their home for an accurate bid. If it's a refinish I would measure and calculate sqft and figure out if they want to go natural or stain to any color they choose.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

12 years of on the job training. I still learn new things every day!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Father owns a flooring business and have been doing it with him as long as I can remember

Amazing customers from many different backgrounds. All great!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installed 2 ballet rooms in a high rise apartment complex in DTLA. It took 2 days and it looked great.

Make sure to ask questions. You don’t want to leave any details out.
