I recently finished new home in Santa Clara, ca 3500 sf main house with a 500 sf adu the job was beautiful and the client 100% satisfied .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

my advice is that first verify if the contractor is trained and certified by the cslb, that he has his insurances, then he would verify his reviews and finally he would schedule an appointment to talk about the project.
