customers should know that I do things the right way even if it's not always the easy way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

my process in the estimation process consists of me coming out to your project assessing what you would like accomplished and to do a 3d scan of area's work is to be done. Then writing a proposal sending that over via email.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a high school graduate with 12 years experience in Hardwood flooring.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off working in the trades by getting my first job working for a high end property maintenance company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of home and business owners from the just moving in to a new home to Disneyland.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have just recently completed a project for big family who just purchased a larger home approximately 2800 sqft and they needed to move in right away. so I finished the upstairs in 1 week so they could get moved in then went room by room downstairs until finished. They are really a lovely vibrant family who will fill out that home nicely.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

would we like to replace our floors or refinish them?
