Our focus is to provide each client with high-quality, long-lasting results they can enjoy for years to come. To help our clients achieve this, we provide transparent pricing, a lifetime warranty for the installation, clear and open communication, a mobile sample shop, competitive material pricing, and, if requested, financing. We hold a C-15 flooring-specific license and over 15 years of specialized flooring experience. We provide a complete package to our clients, including installation, demolition, painting of all baseboards or base-shoes, moving furniture, and removing all trash from the premises.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide free in-home estimates and a detailed breakdown of each service item and the price associated. On top of installation and material prices, there are additional trash removal, furniture moving and delivery costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a phone consultation to help answer any and all questions, explain our process and provide a quick estimate based on customer provided information. Then we conduct a free in-home estimate and provide the client with the final quote. If the customer agrees, we move forward to signing a contract, ordering materials and starting work. We provide clear communication on start and end dates, material delivery dates, and continuous project updates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 15 years of experience installing, replacing and working on floors (including stairs). We hold a C-15 - Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors license by the state of California.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers including but not limited to, renters, landlords, and first-time homebuyers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would suggest to hire someone you feel comfortable with and can have respectful conversations with about timeline, pricing, concerns and expectations. Hiring someone you are not 100% comfortable with opens the door to potential issues. Also, look for openness and clarity around pricing to ensure you are paying for the entire project not just part of it.

We suggest knowing the product you would like to install. Options include but not limited to, laminate, vinyl and engineered hardwood
