I don't have a standard price. Typically I like to see my clients project and give an accurate quote into what work needs to be done and how I can help.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Find out their needs, listening to them, give them the best customer service possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've had flooring experience for over 12 years. I'm now a licensed professional of flooring and baseboards. I've also done hands on work with many contractors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to a flooring contractor and started working with him. I like working with my hands, and it motivated me to start doing this line of work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with wide customer base, with different financial levels and backgrounds

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I helped one client with a big job. It was suppose to take two weeks, the actual time it took was less than a few days. She was so happy to have her job done and so happy with how professional it was. It was the "you did a wonderful job" experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I will connect them with the right person who will is qualified to fill their needs and in a timely matter.

Questions about credibility and quality work about that professional and finding out references about them.
