We try our best to work with our customers budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
The first thing I do is try and make contact with the customer either a phone call or text to get a feel for what they’re needing. Next would be a visit to see the actual project they need help with and give them a quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a c-54 tile contractors license

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started learning the trade when I was about 17 years old. I would help out on small tile jobs and learned as much as I could throughout the years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a variety of customers from home owners, high rises and commercial buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently converted a bathroom that had an existing tub into a stand up shower with porcelain tile surrounds. This particular job took about a week to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell the customer to always ask for pictures or videos of previous jobs. Research the company on social media.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Things that are helpful are things like the materials they want to use, design ideas, and have an open mind. Sometimes they need the help of a professional in order to make the best decision for their project.
