Larry grew up in Dalton, Georgia — widely known as the "Carpet Capital of the World." His father, Robert Flick, was a respected industry veteran who spent over 50 years in the flooring business. Larry worked alongside him, learning firsthand about quality materials, product sourcing, and the value of doing right by your customers. After moving to the Bay Area, Larry saw an opportunity to bring that same level of expertise and personalized service to local homeowners — something that was missing from traditional retail flooring stores.
