Pricing is usually by square foot and varies based on types of materials/floors being installed or removed. Certain jobs however can be priced just by the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get an understanding of what the customer is looking for. Drive out to see/measure the job and answer any questions they have. Give them expert advice. Price the job competitively. Help them with any concerns they might have. Assure the Job goes smoothly and finished within the established timeframe.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have some college education. I am osha-10 certified. 12+ years experience in the industry. I have also worked in a foreman position for a company working on big projects like high rise buildings in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started in my high school days just trying to make some money during summer breaks and I quickly developed a passion for this type of work.

I have worked with customers of all ages and many different types of backgrounds. From first time home owners to well established investors. I also work for general contractors and builders that sub out jobs to us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone that has ample experience and that is good with detail work. Ask for reference pictures or even past customers that can confirm the quality and work ethic. Make sure to ask questions about the scope of the project.
