What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm not out to take advantage of anyone, our price are in line with all the major pool builders in our area. Quality work comes with a price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talking to them, communication is key.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

18+ yrs experience, licensed, I have worked all facets of the pool building industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I got out of the Army, I was looking for a career path and fell in love with building, pools in particular because they require knowledge of many different fields.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, from $300,000 projects to simple remodels

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have had 2 pool projects on the reality show Pool Kings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

be careful of a "DEAL" Many small builders will book the job at a very low cost, because they want the job but it could your pool could be sitting half done for months.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about the features that are important to you, because most of what you see in photos and magazines is usually very expensive.
