What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing can be very challenging due to the different budgets but nothing is imposable. I try to work with my clients and send them to vendors that can help them beat the Home Depot or Lows price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I listen to my customers then I make suggestions on what they want try to communicate with them on the detail and organization and time frame of there project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I actually was in a labor union for flooring before I decided to go on my own. I was training there for the first 3 years every 3 months it was a mandatory class to keep us up to code.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with the union and learning the trade and enjoying.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with all types of customers its not an issue to me sometimes challenges help you learn and grow I like to take it as a positive outcome.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love to help people and enjoy changing their floors bringing there homes back to life and adding value to their homes. it normally takes 2-3 days depending on the size of the home and how detail the customers wants it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for someone that is willing to answer all your questions and the price needs to be reasonable. Do your research read reviews talk to the provider make sure they connect with you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always let them know what's on your budget and see if its something they can work with also if your on a time frame let them know be very clear on what you need and want for your project.
