What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing varies from the type of carpet you choose. We charge $2-4 per SF. This Includes: - High Density Padding w/ moisture barrier - Installation - Dump old carpet

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a new customer calls us. We schedule an appointment to go to the jobsite in order to show them samples and take measurements of the area. Then we will send a quote later the same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Angel's Carpet is a family owned and operated company. Izmael takes care of showing the samples and taking measurements. While Angel takes care of doing the installation work. Angel has 25 years of on the job flooring installation experience. He decided to open his own company and got his C-15 Flooring License.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Angel started installing carpet at the age of 19 years old with his brothers. He would install pattern match carpet and many other expensive carpet for the next 25 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with customers who want flooring. Carpet, Vinyl plank, Laminate, and Linoleum. We do not install tile.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we did was a combo of Hardwood refinishing and carpet installation. The hardwood refinishing took 3 work days to finish and the carpet install took 1 day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our price might be a bit higher than others, but we get it done right the first time around. Cheaper isn't always better.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- What type of flooring do I want? - What colors should I choose? - Where do I want my flooring to be installed? - What is my current subfloor? Concrete or Wood? - Are there any noticeable unleveled areas?
