My main objective when meeting a new client is to educate him/her as much as possible. And thanks to my many years of continuous Flooring education in the National Wood Flooring Association, I am able to do that. There are vast selections of wood flooring options out there, with many colors, textures, finishes, widths, thicknesses and so on. Each type of wood floor can be best suited for a specific house. As a flooring professional I am able to help guide the client to the right product. The flooring industry has standards that should be kept so quality doesn’t go down, I follow does standards and I also make sure that after the project is completed, the homeowner has a warranty from the wood & glue manufacturer.
