What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to make sure our customer makes the right choice. Everyone's lifestyles are different, we take into consideration what the space will be used for, the amount of foot traffic they anticipate, and finally the "look" and design they want to achieve. From conception of just a vision, to procuring materials, and finally brining that vision to life; we are passionate about helping you achieve your vision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

From the start of our company by our founder in 1973, we have been a family owned and operated business, now in its third generation. With our combined experience of 60+ years, we are certain the only reason why you'll call back, is for another flooring project you want to bring to life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our president and vice president were born into the trade and raised in the trade.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service all project types. From simple repairs to 50,000+ square foot commercial facility's.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have verifiable experience and successful project history. Also always remember cheap work often is not good, and good work often is not cheap.

Start with a budget in mind. This will determine the scope of work and what is actually possible.
