What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I hate bait and switch alot of carpet cleaning company's do that. when a person is told a price it should be the exact price they pay. Thats why I named my company Exact chem dry

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

How I see it carpet cleaning is a necessity most people are living in hard times. So I believe customers deserve the best. most people take the day off and make it a all day thing. I believe its like the super bowl for alot of people. Thats why I always put my best into every job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IICRC Certified also a variety of training on tile and grout cleaning upholstry cleaning variety of fabrics, area rugs. mostly carpet repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was tired of warehouse work and wanted something new and a career so this guy I met said try carpet cleaning. So 20 years later hear I am.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In 20 years I have met thousands of customers most are unique than there are some rude ones.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was a ripple job on burbur carpet every one knows stretching burbur carpet is hard and matching the seams are impossible. This job I did 2 months ago came out so great I was just so proud of my self. The customer had no clue but I was excited. It took me 3 hours but it was some of my best work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

hold that professional to his word, if he promises the world than he should be prepared to give you the world. Thats why Exact chem dry dont do bait and switch.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most people should think honesty and integrity. whats promised when booking a job shouldnt change if the professional know his profession. A few extra questions for me I can and I will stand by my quote.
