Introduction

Hi there I'm Chris 😁. I am a 40 year old father of four who has been installing Carpet and cleaning Carpet since I was in high school. Having 20 years experience with Carpet has put me in just about every Carpet situation there is. There is not a carpet problem I can not fix. If it's a cleaning job, I take my time and do the best I can on every job. You will get me every time, a Master Technician who has cleaned alot of carpet. I only use people/earth safe products (green seal certified). The carpet I clean stays clean because I don't leave any sticky residues after the cleaning. I am very practical, boiling hot water combined with extreme suction. I enjoy doing good work for good people😁

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
One should consider that there is a reason carpet manufacturers only except The Hot water extraction (steam) cleaning method to keep your warranty valid. Would you wash anything with dry chemicals or would you clean then rinse with boiling hot water and extract soil?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I encourage consumers to ask themselves this...Do I want a deep, sanitizing, residue free cleaning that stays clean, or a dry chemical cleaning that temporarily looks good. Do I want a hired employee doing the work or an owner-operator doing the work? Do I want to hire a local family man or a company from the big city who will hire anyone. Would I wash my clothes, dishes, or anything with a dry chemical cleaning (green or not) or would I rinse with boiling hot water and extract the soil?
