Introduction

We will not sacrifce quality, we take the time needed to maintain the highest level of quality. We use only the highest quality solutions to perform the work. We do not believe in the 'in and out' philosophy that is so common in our industry -we simply do not 'cut corners.' What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We pride ourselves on keeping things simply. The price quoted is essentially the price...if we speak in person, on the phone or visit the property I will personally guarantee the price. You shouldn't be penalized if I quote or do not ask the right questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are IICRC certified, in November we will be attending classes for Flood and Water Damagme to keep on top of new techniques and improvements in the industry. We will also be adding Duct Cleaning and Certifications very soon!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Freedom to work on my terms and not on a false set of values that hang on a wall. We set honest expectations, charge fair fees and unrivaled customer service. Every corporation totes a mission statement but most are too large to enforce this.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Pet stains and wine...odor and stain removal.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We work with families of disabled/ special needs children. One child was fascinated with an air mover that we left in order to dry the carpet as quickly as possible. It's these kids that motive us!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, and don't hesitate to have a technician come out to give a FREE evaluation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You get what you pay for but this does not mean you should be price gouged by the 'big companies'
