What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

303Floors will measure and determine total square footage of each designated area, determine customer needs, and devise a formal bid. After customer agrees, both parties will sign a contract. A deposit will be collected by 303Floors and job will begin on scheduled date of project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been doing hardwood floors for over 19 years. I was both introduced and trained by my father and uncle, who have been providing superior flooring service for over 35 years. This skill has been a family affair for years and my history, along with my work ethic is something that I pride myself on.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with high profile customers such as Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets Athletes . Church Organizations and Schools but mostly family's who want a quality floor...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as you can, the right guy will have the right answers. Ask your estimator/salesman who will be performing the work on your home? We are front and center at every job. We are the actual craftsmen performing the work on your home. We specialize in Hardwood flooring. We aren’t just salesmen looking to middleman your project, most salesmen don’t actually know how to do the work or have any actual hands on experience. With 19 years experience in the hardwood flooring industry we know the right path to take when it comes to getting you a new floor!

What their expectations are, and the budget that they want to stay within.
