What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is a tried and true process we implement to ensure the compaction is proper for your placement . Concrete is only as good as the subgrade it is placed on . We implement a 4 step process that is standard to our protocol.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Assess the water is draining away from the property . Most failure is due to concrete impeding the flow of water i.e. gutters or poor compaction. We typically use a laser when unsure of the grade to get to the nearest 1/8 of a inch .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We hold MBE , SBE , EBE Certificates from the city of Denver and the state of Colorado . We are also backed by Build Block and do custom concrete homes almost X3 times more energy efficient than standard homes

How did you get started doing this type of work?

About 12 years ago we had a opportunity to do 7 figures in repair work for a home builder for concrete R&R . So we did and Loved it! Still have great relationships and work with many of the people even though they work for new builders.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have done a great deal of Commercial work from Tenant finish in the hundreds of thousands to community work helping some Grandmothers and Habitat for Humanity

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Currently I am renovating a home for my Mentor of more than 15 years and we are doing concrete on a small scale but working with good people and giving them value for years to come is my thing. We also recently did a foundation for a 11,000 SF home 14' tall.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the contractor if there is anything they should know. At that point a process and expectations should be discussed . Communication is just one aspect of a transaction .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is a companies process . How long have they been in business ? Do they have insurance , Commercial , Commercial auto Etc. What is the warranty ?
