I do free estimates and my prices are really fair I usually include materials in my estimate.

initially establishing contact, understanding their needs through a needs assessment, presenting a proposal tailored to their requirements, negotiating details, onboarding them with clear communication and expectations, then executing the project while maintaining regular updates and collaboration to ensure their satisfaction

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Im a Bona certified trained craftsman.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been in the construction business since I was a child my stepfather owned a flooring company as well and he past. and wanted to take his example as a great stephather.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs I do are. Floor installation. Floor refinishing. Staining buffing. Replacing facia on a home. Installing vynil siding.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently sanded and gave the first coat of and 3 story building 4,000 sqft the owner was very happy with the results perhaps for hiring us..

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask plenty of questions before hiring a contractor. Chose people who are trustworthy kind and generous with price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish they knew how hard we work and how draining it is to use the equipment and machines. How hard it is to take up the stairs or how heavy the machinery is.
