every single job is based on the square footage. smaller jobs cost more by the foot compared with bigger jobs.breaking down the job in different fases will end up costing more plus it is always better to get the whole floors coated at once.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

listening for his doubts explanation of the process. always realist about the best option. always flexible with schedule. work around the client schedule not the other way around.sometimes floors conditions allows to get a "buff and coat " which saves time and money.

do not consider the lowest price as the only factor to hire a flooring professional. top quality materials will cost more but will last longer protecting your floors.
