What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a variety of waterproofing problems/customers and continue to, making wet basements dry using drainage systems, crack repairs, reinforcing walls, Bentonite injection etc. We use the right method to solve your particular problem.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a project in Baltimore that involved an interior waterproofing system. Let me allow the customer to tell it: "I was very pleased with the work that was done. Chris and TJ were very professional. They arrived on time every day and made sure things were tidy when they left. They showed me what the three man crew had accomplished each day and informed me of their plans for the following day. Part of the waterproofing job involved a face-lift on the cement basement walkout on the side of my house. Joe, who has 30 years of experience with the company, completed this part of the job and I was extremely pleased with the result. Basement waterproofing is expensive, but I felt that I got my money's worth. Everyone who has entered my basement since the job was completed, from my son-in-law to technicians working on my plumbing and heating systems, have commented that I had it done right. It is wonderful to finally have a bone dry basement. I have recommended Basement Waterproofing Nationwide to my neighbors whose home are the same vintage as mine and have been plagued for years by dampness and water in their basements.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Basement Waterproofing should make sense. Look for a professional that can help you understand why your basement leaks and has solutions that address your problem. Waterproofing is a specialty trade, be sure to look for a seasoned veteran. Waterproofing, if done correctly, should last a lifetime. Avoid gimmicks and pushy salesmen.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Waterproofing is a discipline, using the wrong method or wrong materials can damage your home. Hire a professional and look for a seasoned veteran who knows what to do when they encounter unpredictable problems.
