What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Jobs difficulty and skill level determine the flat rate given therefore if the tasks takes me longer the customer will not be responsible to pay additional. As I am meticulous in my work. Small basic tasks if charged hourly is $60.00. * customer provided materials* Light bulbs replaced, filters installed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each job details are very different so we do not have a set process. However, If the job is very detailed we go to the home and estimate it, If it is basic and enough information is provided I can give quote via email with customer providing pictures. Once accepted a date is scheduled for work to be completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am 36 years old and for the past 18 years I have worked in the construction field. I pride myself in my work and decided to use my talents to start my business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Throughout my life I realized that I have a knack for home improvements.Each project I attempted the results were rewarding. I have purchased homes and refaced them to my likings, I have refurbished cars, motorcycles. I love the dramatic improvements.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential homeowners, Property managers, & Realtors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Removal of carpet and installation of hardwood styled ceramic tile. 2 Rooms * 3days Customer provided materials. The floors came out beautiful and the Homeowner was so happy with it and that made me feel good about what I do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check reviews and ratings for qualifications. Call and ask questions. Sometimes the lowest quote isn't the best quote.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cost, Time frame of project as well as the time work to be performed To ensure companies availabilty compatable with home owners needs or wants. Calling a week or so in advance to schedule can gurantee open appointments.
