What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Veteran's discounts, upon proof of service; We are not the most expensive company, but do not want to be the cheapest either! We need to make a living, and will appreciate the respect to not be short changed. Lol!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Make an on-site assessment of the existing conditions, client's position/attitude/expectations, and then present an estimate after accounting for all known factors. Upon client's acceptance, an invoice will be generated and a deposit put forward for the initial materials and labor neded to get started. A payment plan will be agreed for the remainder, on a case-by-case basis in fairness.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a team, we have a collective skillset that earns respect with multiple scopes of work that dates back decades. The owner is an Honorable Veteran Combat Engineer and Seasoned Construction Project Manager, born and raised in Miami.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner started as a young kid beside his Step-father as a laborer stacking CBS block and mixing cement for his then Florida registered masonry business. Reaching adulthood, he signed up as a hasty construction combat engineer in the Marines and thereafter his enlistment started his own renovation company before the new millenium, and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From being a subcontractor on large commercial jobs to the mom & pop residential clients, we have done them all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

350ft CBS block privacy wall around a residence that was a bear pumping out foundation water multiple times to work in the trenches. Loved the challenge!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If they can't speak english they can't read plans!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before - Finish material look/quality & time permittance; After - Fair pay, fair treatment, fair hours of operating.
