unfold fold
Pro Work offer competitive and fair pricing aligned with the quality of our work and current market standards. Our quotes are detailed and transparent, with no hidden fees. We focus on delivering long-term value through high-quality craftsmanship and responsible service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. Initial Contact – The process begins with a phone call to understand your goals, needs, and expectations. 2. On-Site Visit – We schedule a visit to the property to take accurate measurements and assess technical aspects essential for proposing ideas and tailored solutions. 3. Estimate & Proposal – We provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work. When applicable, we include a sketched 3D concept to help visualize the project. 4. Administrative Process – Once the proposal is approved, we proceed with signing contracts, confirming insurance coverage, and receiving the initial deposit. Project Execution – We prepare the space to protect all non-remodeled areas, then our specialized team begins the work with care and professionalism. 5. Completion & Clean-Up – After completing the project, we remove all construction debris. We also offer an optional deep-cleaning service if the client chooses to include it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
The owner of Pro Work began over 10 years ago as a remodeling assistant, gradually building experience and mastering different aspects of home renovation. With a growing skill set and a passion for quality work, he founded the company and, year by year, assembled a specialized team for each area of the trade. Today, Pro Work has a dedicated administrative staff of three and a team of skilled professionals covering various remodeling specialties, allowing us to manage projects efficiently and with attention to detail.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with a wide range of homeowners, property investors, real estate agents, and interior designers. Whether it’s a full home upgrade or a specific area like a bathroom, kitchen or living space, we tailor our approach to each client’s goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent standout project was the renovation of three bathrooms in a home in Boca Raton. The master bathroom was fully updated with a modern freestanding tub, a spacious shower, electronic towel warmers, anti-fog mirrors, and contemporary lighting fixtures. The kids’ bathroom was refreshed with a sleek shower and a clean gray color palette, giving it a modern and functional look. The third was a guest bathroom in the social area of the home, featuring bold blue tones and a beautiful custom wood vanity. It was a rewarding project that came together beautifully, and the homeowner was thrilled with the result—leaving us a 5-star review.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look beyond the price—focus on communication, experience, and trust. One of the most important things is to evaluate the contractor’s credibility: check if they provide solid backing such as written contracts, insurance coverage, and clear communication. Read reviews from past clients to understand the quality of their work and service. Pay attention to the connection you feel with the company’s owner and the type of recommendations they offer—that says a lot about their experience and whether they truly understand your needs. A reliable team will prioritize your goals, not just completing a checklist.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What problem am I trying to solve with this renovation? Which specific areas of the home do I want to remodel? What is my budget for the entire project? What style or type of finish am I aiming for? What is my ideal timeline for completion? Will I need to temporarily move out while the work is being done? Am I open to design suggestions or layout changes recommended by the contractor?
