What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After we are contacted, we schedule a free in-home estimate as soon as the next day. We prioritize transparency in our quotes and appreciate when clients have the time to go through it with us during the appointment. This allows us to address any questions or concerns they may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians undergo rigorous training programs, and our tile technicians receive daily training and supervision from our owner, who is a certified tile installer (#1834).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

John began his career in the construction field at the age of 17. After working as a subcontractor and technician for various companies for almost three years, he established his own business, which was initially called Red Eagle Home Improvement. After years of hard work, John decided to focus on flooring and tile installation and currently oversees a team of more than eight technicians whom he trains himself.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We work on multiple projects every week. Our latest project involved installing flooring in an area of 2100 square feet. We had to remove the old tiles and replace them with new wood-like porcelain tiles. The project took around 3 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is essential nowadays to ensure that any service provider you hire has a good reputation, as evidenced by positive reviews and past work. Always ask for proof of licensing, insurance, and certification to protect yourself if anything goes wrong during or after the project. It's also a good idea to ask for a contract to be signed before making any payment to ensure you don't fall victim to any over-promising and under-delivering.
