Introduction

I am very detailed and some have called me O.C.D.,and am very meticulous. With my company you deal directly with the owner. That means you don't have to push any buttons to get to the right department or worry about when your project will be scheduled. What I love most about my job is the gratification I get when I see the look on the customers face and how happy they are on a job well done! I am currently offering a 20% discount for Luxury Vinyl Tile. Laminate and Engineered floors for 500 sq ft or more, Dates from May 6th until May 13th. This is one week only!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price all depends on what type of floor is being installed. Ie, carpet, tile, laminate or linoleum. My prices (materials NOT included): - Carpet installation is $0.60 per square ft. - Luxury vinyl tile and laminate is $2.25 per square ft. - Tile depends on the job, we will need to schedule a free on site estimate to give an exact price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, I'll go to the customers home to get an idea if what the customer is looking for, provide suggestions and get measurements of the areas for the new floor

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I stay updated by reading all the floor covering periodicals to compare installation Ideas to see what works best

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My friends where in the business when I started out and they asked me if I wanted to help. When I would see the customers faces after we finished a job it made me feel good seeing the appreciation of a job well done!

What types of customers have you worked with?

My most common jobs are Ceramic Tile.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I put in 541 sq ft of linoleum that was patterned match, We had to remove a refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer and toilet. the patterned matched the linoleum which looked incredibile.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask alot of questions and get referrals from their friends

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish customer's were more educated about the product their buying, I try to educate them as well and always advise to get second even third opinions. Knowing they have done their homework with flooring then they will understand the value of what I do.
