What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I aim to have reasonable prices for the quality of work I am providing. I do offer veterans active military as well as law enforcement discounts amongst other.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communicate through thumbtack Or directly through phone calls. Discuss the potential project,then schedule a time for an estimate. Always show up on time (if something prevents that call the customer) Go look at the job,price everything out. If we agree to move forward draw a contract. Get deposit (when the job starts) And complete the job to the customers satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified in epoxy counter tops. And have been doing wood work,painting as well as other handyman services since a young age.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing carpentry in my grand fathers shop at a young age. Have always loved looking at a finished project. An believe I am carrying his legacy on through my work

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with most every type of customer I can think of. Customers that want to watch every moment the customers who just want to see the finished product. Customers from different countries. Even customers who don’t actually live at the residence.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We converted a pole barn into a cottage it took a total of 6 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask a lot of questions, be specific, get references from past clients, look for a detailed plan. Be prepared for possible hiccups in the process. Because anything can happen

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most important is the quality of work you are looking for. What you want done, when you want it done. Most importantly is your schedule going to allow for the work process to take place and be accomplished in a timely manner.
