What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to be competitive in our pricing, but we are confident in our skills that we back our work with a 3 year workmanship warranty.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Complete customer engagement and involvement. Initially, we schedule the first appointment, as to assess the work to be done. At that point, we will take measurements and pictures, and begin the estimating process. The estimate itself may take a mere 30 minutes, or it may be a week before we have all the information back. Once the estimate is accepted, we begin the process of permitting and engineering and ordering the material. Once the permit has been issued and the material is in, we will begin your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 25 years working in all aspects of construction, from material supply to working in framing and trim carpentry and painting, to construction management, project management, and DIrector of Sales for a fortune 100 company. We have built or remodeled over 1000 homes

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The burning desire to help people recognize their dream in their greatest investment of their lives

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with 3 bedroom 2 bath ranches in Golden Gates Estates to $9.5MM remodel on barefoot beach. We have installed 3 hurricane shutters and up to over $100,000 worth of hurricane screens. From a single home to multiple location homeowners

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Ward Cunningham... We installed 3 hurricane screens. It took about 2 days to complete, but the fondness comes from the pure joy and satisfaction Mr. Cunningham took from our project at its completion

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for references. Ask for pictures. Hiring is more than a gut feeling. Know the person and the company that you are hiring and expect the best.

How soon are you ready to start? Have you considered budget? Will this work force you to relocate for a period of time? Are you completely satisfied with your decision of whom to work with
