Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We're not the cheapest nor the most expensive— we use top quality materials and follow every step necessary with care. Flat pricing, no surprises. Discounts if you refer friends or fit into our schedule. Quality, honesty, and great value—that’s how we work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process when working with a new customer is simple. You have two options: We can provide an online quote based on the photos and measurements you send us. Or we can visit in person, bring samples, and take the measurements ourselves.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My partner and I have been working in construction since we first arrived in America 10 years ago. We started our epoxy company about 5 years ago, and since then we've been constantly improving our process and materials—always aiming for the highest quality. We regularly test new products in our warehouse and meet with manufacturers and suppliers to stay ahead of the curve. We're passionate about what we do and always open to learning more and trying the latest innovations on the market.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My business partner worked for an epoxy flooring company and learned the craft step by step. At the time, I was working in sales. We realized we needed each other—he had the skills, I had the drive to grow something bigger. He had the idea, I moved back to Florida, and that’s how we got started. We started with small projects for friends and family, learning as we went. In the beginning, we offered affordable prices to build our portfolio and gain hands-on experience. In just our first two years—just the two of us—we completed over 200 jobs. Since then, we’ve completed more than 600 projects. Today, my partner still works in the field, but now we have a skilled crew to support him and help us keep growing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked on everything from high-end properties in Boca Raton and Miami to the most budget-friendly projects. Our jobs range widely, typically anywhere from $1,500 to $80,000—every client gets the same level of care and quality, no matter the size.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a project for UFC fighter Renato Moicano, and it was a great experience—he’s a genuinely nice guy. We partnered with him to help promote our work online, and he did an amazing job showcasing it. We transformed his garage into a YouTube podcast studio—painted the walls and cabinets, added custom artwork, and finished it off with a stunning metallic epoxy floor. It turned out beautifully and really shows how versatile our work can be.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
About 1 in every 5 estimates we give is for fixing a poorly installed epoxy floor. The epoxy industry is growing fast, and with that growth comes a wave of new installers—some of whom cut corners or simply haven’t learned the right way yet. Mistakes can include thinning products with acetone or xylene, skipping proper surface prep, using the wrong amount of flakes, or applying an incorrect top coat. All of these shortcuts compromise the final result.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If you're planning to hire an epoxy flooring company, make sure you ask the right questions. A professional installer should have no problem providing clear answers and product data. ✅ Ask exactly what materials will be used and request the data sheets. ✅ Ask how much moisture the system can handle. (check the date sheet) ✅ Ask how many gallons of base and top coat will be installed. ✅ Ask how many pounds of flakes will be broadcasted. ✅ Clarify what they’re using as a base coat and what they’re using as a top coat. ✅ And if you really want to test their knowledge, ask what grit diamonds they’ll use for surface prep—many inexperienced installers won’t have an answer. These questions help you avoid costly mistakes and ensure you're hiring someone who truly knows what they’re doing.
