At Floor Coverings International of West Atlanta, we provide the top floor buying experience to our customers. We pride ourselves on focusing on customer service and making the process of shopping for, and installing, flooring as easy as possible. From the moment an appointment is scheduled through the final completed walk through of your new floors we will make sure to meet all of your flooring needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer honest, upfront pricing which typically includes all services and materials required to complete the project. Since there are many variables in any flooring project, we customize each project to meet our customers individual needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will first discuss the details of the project over the phone, then arrange for a free in-home design consultation where we bring our mobile flooring showroom stocked with over 3,000 samples. We will measure the rooms included in the project and provide pricing with a detailed proposal either on the spot or shortly after the meeting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a business degree and have gone through extensive, hands-on, training on all aspects of different types of flooring and the flooring installation process. In addition, I have members on my team who have years of experience selling flooring and managing installations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide variety of customers from houses of all sizes to different types of commercial businesses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise customers to make sure to ask about hidden fees on any quotes they receive. I would also advise them to ask if the installers are well vetted and insured for any project they will be working on.
