What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide the best price we can do the work for upfront. We provide a lifetime warranty and that makes our prices more than other providers who do not provide a warranty. There is a cost to a warranty and the length of the warranty.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet for on-site review, provide an exact written quote, set up the installation date, install the floor and cabinets.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College degree, epoxy floor expert certification, continuing educational training

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Purchased a franchise to be able to work directly with homeowners and use my hands daily to create beautiful spaces.

Residential homeowners, commercial HOA’s, commercial businesses, industrial spaces like warehouses, showrooms, etc.

Garage floor and custom cabinet installation. 1 day for the floor and 1 day for the cabinets.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure you know the provider is a reputable business, what warranty comes with it, if their installers are employees or subcontractors, if installers are background checked, and what products are being used.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How soon they want the job completed, have an idea of costs involved, how long their space will be unusable after floor is installed, what colors they want to consider to match garage wall paint.
