The pricing varies from the product being installed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will be in touch and will need to come out to take measurements, get a scope of the area and discuss what the costumer is looking for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

14 years of experience dealing in costumer service and a wide variety of home improvement work. As well as countless hours of workshop classes to learn how to install specific flooring.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started focusing on flooring installation and eventually branched out into full residential and commercial renovations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have working from a variety of costumers, to sub contracting for companies, to getting my own leads, homeowners, renters, people flipping homes, commercial jobs in medical offices, funeral homes, commercial buildings, even new construction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a nail down flooring installation of 1200 sq ft that took us 2 days from start to finish to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend you to have an idea of what product you would like to have installed and/or replaced in the area of your home so when I come out for an estimate I can already have pricing and samples ready for you.

What flooring they prefer, color preference, design etc.
