Seamless service experience Our personalized process ensures you get the solution that is right for you. From our first meeting and providing a complete proposal, through our on-time, on-budget, hassle-free installation, to our final walk through, our team is with you until you are 100% satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training is a critical part of everything we do. From product knowledge and installation to customer service and safety – no part of our business goes untrained! In fact we have over 100 hours of training BEFORE we ever meet our first customer! And training happens all the time because products and services are being constantly improved!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have always loved home renovation projects. Flooring projects are our favorite because the floor really brings the room together.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers who need flooring of any kind.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a home where we replaced all the carpet on the stairs and in the 4 bedrooms upstairs and removed the carpet on the entire main level and replaced it with a beautiful engineered wood floor. The entire project took two days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at reviews for trends in the comments and do your research.

What type of look are you looking to accomplish in your home? What is the budget you are working with? Are their any other flooring materials that you would consider?
