Many companies cut costs by using low-quality materials, but after 10 years as a subcontractor, I decided to take a different path. My prices may not be the lowest, but I use the best materials and make sure to specify everything in the contract, ensuring top-quality results that meet my clients’ expectations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs and provide an estimate. Once approved, we sign a contract detailing all the agreed services, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bona school and NWFA school (national wood flooring association)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I met my wife, she was experienced in flooring sales and customer service. She introduced me to the business, where I learned from great mentors and invested in top courses to grow professionally.
