Pricing all comes from the project, I can give them an estimate, but I like to work with the customer. I am flexible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to sit down with the customer to go over their project and understand it. Once that is done, I will be able to give them an estimate and set a date for the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in construction all my life and know the day-to-day business and have worked with many others.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working at a young age and have been in construction all of my life and know the ins and outs. I like flooring the best, and it is where I excel.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked residential and commercial jobs. I like working residential because of better connection with customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently re-stretched a carpet that had wrinkles and bumps all over the place. I was able to get it all stretched out, with in 6 hours. It was a 3 bedroom home occupied with furniture as well. I finished the job all on my own. The customer was very happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would let them know to look for someone who is dependable, and trustworthy who is up front and honest about their work.

Customers should think about exactly what their wants and needs are and be very straightforward with the pro.
